SHIPPING
Parts and equipment orders placed through GardBarn.com are shipped via UPS ground. Orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 days. Shipping delivery time is usually 1-3 days, depending on how far away from Wisconsin you are located. (If you need faster delivery such as overnight, call us to arrange for that and for the extra UPS shipping charge.)
OUT OF STOCK
Items listed in GardnerBarn.com are typically in stock. However if something you order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the back order and the estimated shipping date. In the meantime we will ship any other items you ordered and only bill your credit card for the shipped items. If you want the back order items, we will charge your credit card also at the time of shipment.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, we will notify you via email that it is on its way to you. We will include the simple steps for tracking your order so you can find out when to expect your purchase to arrive at your location.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the unlikely event of damage to your product in shipment,
notify UPS as soon as possible (800-742-5877) to report
the damage so they can take care of it right away. Then
let us know ASAP (866-551-2276) or service@gardnerbarn.com
so we can make arrangements to get a replacement
to you quickly.
LARGER ITEMS – Barn Equipment
Larger barn equipment items such as Stalls, Gates, Pens, Panels, etc. typically require shipment by truck. We will provide a quote regarding estimated freight costs and the delivery schedule when we discuss your specific order with you.
